Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a joint process. Goals can be to inspire change or improve ones quality of life. People may seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone, like conflicts with work, relationships or just with ones-self. 

Individual therapy can help overcome these obstacles with becoming in touch with difficult feelings. It can increase self-esteem as well as positive feelings, such as compassion for one-self and others. In managing emotions, new skills for handling difficult situations, making healthy decisions, and reaching goals may be increased.
